At GRM, we prioritize providing timely and professional pre-hospital care to our community. Our services include both emergency and non-emergency care, as well as transfer services to regional hospitals.

The GRMC Emergency Department is available 24/7 and staffed with board-certified medical personnel who provide evaluation, stabilization, and diagnostic capabilities for injured patients. We are proud to be a Level IV Trauma Center, designated through the state of Texas, and offer advanced trauma life support (ATLS before transferring patients to a higher-level trauma center.
