The Admissions Department at Graham Regional Medical Center is responsible for registering patients for all services of the hospital, which include inpatients, outpatients, surgery and emergency room visits.
The required documentation for each patient visit/admission begins at Admissions.
The Business Office functions include: processing patient insurance; collection on accounts; coordinating payment plans; and development of processes to ensure effective patient revenue management.
Graham Regional Medical Center accepts all major health insurance plans. Our staff processes patients’ insurance submissions as a free service.
Individuals should read and understand their health insurance benefits prior to registering at GRMC for services.
